PUGET SOUND
Seattle, Suquamish, Agate Passage, Indianola, Liberty Bay

When I moved to Washington State in 1998, I fell in love.
Even though it rained every day from November to June, here you can see why!

AGATE PASSAGE
On a breezy October afternoon
Bigleaf maple parasols
Twirl above the road
Lively crows tumble and soar
Daredevils who play the wind
Thirty foot swells
White-capped chop
Tree-snapping storms
Encircle Puget Sound
From coast to Cascades

Yet here we are, warmed by the sun
and still later a star-filled sky.
